Bryan has over 25 years in the financial management of several small and start-up entrepreneurial enterprises.
He was one of the founding partners of Statfox.com, a start-up that was ultimately sold to a venture fund. Bryan has been active in other enterprises in the sports gaming space.
Also, he has been an active participant with several companies in the financial service space including a de novo bank that sold in 2014. He has a variety of experience in compliance, controllership, strategy, forecast, and investments.

Dave has over 20 years of strategic experience in the sports gaming space.
Currently, he is the Director of Regulated Gaming Business Sales & Media Agency Sales at Vegas Sports Information Network [VSiN]. Where he works directly with executives to implement the company’s B2B, consumer and sportsbook affiliate programs with gaming operators and media agencies
Dave’s prior experience includes Vice President of B2B Sales for the Daily Racing Form where he worked with the DRF Executive Team to grow both B2B and B2C sales. He worked side by side with the DRF tech team in the progression of new product initiatives and launches and managed the largest accounts for DRF.
He was also Co-Founder & VP of Sales and Revenue Planning for StatFox.com. He was directly involved with the rapid revenue growth of the company and was actively involved with the company’s sale to Wicks Group / DRF.
WALT SKIPPER
Walt Skipper practices business law and helps complete business transactions and resolve business disputes for businesses of all sizes. He has experience in numerous business matters from formation, financing, securities issuances, and expansion of a business, through acquisition or merger, sale of business, going public, spinoffs, recapitalizations and reorganizations, and going private. Walt also assists with corporate governance and compliance planning. Walt has over 30 years of experience and is a partner at Quarles and Brady. He is a board member of a Wisconsin based private equity firm.
JERRY WOLF
Jerry is an experienced CPA and financial planning analyst with over 20 years of managerial experience in corporate budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
He has years of experience as Director of Accounting with WPS Health Insurance. He has extensive knowledge of financial reporting function for governmental regulators.
